Part of the resort’s #ExperienceKarma, the 50 seat restaurant blends elegant Amalfi inspired design with a new Signature Menu led by Chef Stefan Thietz. The menu spans wood fired pizzas and house made pastas alongside ancient Roman inspired recipes and bespoke tasting menus, all presented through curated dining moments and sunset soaked themed dinners. The new chapter was introduced through a launch celebration titled La Dolce Vita a di Mare, embracing the spirit of the sweet life by the sea while highlighting understated luxury through thoughtful cuisine, atmosphere, and hospitality.
